About Planch Cloud
Planch Cloud sells cloud servers. You pick a size and a region, we provision the machine, and you manage it from one dashboard — resize it, snapshot it, attach storage, put a firewall in front of it.
The infrastructure underneath is DigitalOcean's. We are not pretending otherwise, because it is the reason the platform works the way it does: real regions, real images, and machines that behave exactly like the ones their documentation describes. What we add is the part that is usually missing — billing that works in African currencies, prices quoted in what you earn in, and a dashboard that does not assume you are already an infrastructure engineer.
What we deliberately do not sell
No shared hosting, no reseller packages, no dedicated servers, no WordPress-specific plans, and no domain registration. Those are real businesses, and they are not this one. Saying so on the homepage costs a few clicks and saves the conversation where somebody signs up expecting a cPanel login.
How billing works
Monthly, paid in advance, one price per machine. Payment is routed by your billing region: cards through Stripe, and Paystack or Flutterwave for local methods across Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa. There is a grace period before anything is suspended for non-payment — a missed invoice should be a reminder, not a data-loss event.
